Search GPS Location History

Applies to: GPS Tracking (Web Based)

Description: Searching and printing historical GPS location data for a vehicle or group of vehicles.

Steps:
1. Log into tracking interface (do not use the modern interface)
2. Click the reports tab at the bottom of the page
3. Select "Route" from the drop down box and click the configure button
4. Select the Device or group of devices from the drop downs
5. Make sure the "Show Markers" option is selected
6. Select the time period to view from the drop down, then click the ok checkmark at the bottom of the pop-up window.
7. Click the show button on the "Reports" tab. The GPS trace is displayed in the map panel and the individual pings or updates are shown as a table in the reports tab.

To Print or export the data:
1. Click the Export button
2. The system will compile the selected data into an Excel (.xlsx) report and automatically download the selected data. ***Please be patient as large data sets can take a while to process and download.***
3. Open the data in Excel, format to your liking and print.

To  have the data emailed to you:
1. Make sure the data set you want is displayed in the "Reports" tab, then click the "Email Report" button.
2. The system will process the data and pack it into an Excel (.xlsx) report, then email it to the email address associated with your user account on the system. From there you can forward the information as desired.
***Please be patient as large data sets can take a while to process and send. If you do not receive the email within 2-3 Hours, check your Junk/Spam folders to make sure it didn't land there before you submit a ticket for investigation.***

To clear the map pane of all GPS tracks, click the clear button on the "Reports" tab.

You may also choose different report types from the drop down menu and email/export the reports the same way as above. If this article does not solve your issue, please submit a ticket for investigation.
